PRACTICAL LEADERSHIP SKILLS FOR THE 21ST CENTURY CHANGEMAKER

GSP helps young leaders unlock their potential as agents of positive change. Our curriculum focuses first on self leadership, as we believe that self awareness, confidence, and strong communication skills are essential for effective, ethical leadership. Over the course of the program, participants take on various leadership positions, whether it's sharing their My Story at morning assembly or leading their team in engaging with community partners.

GSP also emphasizes teamwork and group participation skills. At the beginning of each session, facilitators take dedicated time to foster group cohesion and engage participants with fun and challenging team building activities. Hands-on experiential activities are also embedded into each lesson section, highlighting  different aspects of leadership, such as listening, non-verbal communication, empathy, and creative thinking. The program creates well-rounded leaders who can both collaborate with others from around the world and take initiative to inspire meaningful change in their communities.
